The JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) format is a raster graphics file format that supports between 2 and 16.7 million colors, making it a good choice for photographs. The JPEG format is highly portable across platforms and widely supported on the Web.
Do not use file compression if you want to archive your images. A lossy compression technique means that JPEGs may lose some of their resolution upon each reopening.
To save JPEGs:
Using Screen Rip32, capture the image that you want to save as a JPEG.
Choose File > Save As > JPEG (*.jpg).
The Save As dialog box appears.
