Version 4.3:
*Some small bugs fixed

*Started to use the Windows Registry insted of ini-files...That will make upgrading to new versions easier:-)

*A new function "TagEditor" is added...
*A new taglist is added with a new set of viewing...
*More different colorrules are added to the code-editor window+some minor faults with the coloring-functions are changed (will make it a bit quicker)
*In the options you now got full control of all the colorrules...(A tip...if the coloring goes slow on your PC, then turn off some of the options for coloring;-)
*A big is fixed so you now can open files with HTMLN on the commandline, and the send-to menu...
*A new button is added; refresh coloring...so you can recolor all the document if something should screw up...
