In the subfolder \Webcam of Picmaster are two example HTML-Files for 
a Webcam Homepage.
They need to be edited with a text editor because of setting things 
like filename and reload time. The files are well comment at the 
appropriate places.

You can decide between two version:

htmlcam.html: normal HTML-Version, runs on any browser
javacam.html: Java-Version, runs only on browsers supporting JavaScript
              (the most common browsers support JavaScript)

The HTML-Version reloads the whole page new each time. The Java-Version 
reloads only the picture but the browser must support JavaScript.
