Live Update

Purpose: This tool checks through the Internet for new components, plugins, patches and updates, let's you decide what to install, downloads them and installs them. If you use this tool regularly, you can be sure that you have the latest version for your Hackman Suite.

Select Live Update to reassure that you are running the latest version of Hackman. Live update may check either the Xoom server or Geocities server. Contents on both servers are identical. User info may be Plain user (default) or Developer (when SDK is installed and present).
Live update downloads and runs an update wizard which checks for:

The latest main kernel version
The latest core objects updates
Any plugin updates or new plugins
Other tools available from us (i.e. hackman disassembler)
SDK updates (developers only)
SDK help authoring tools (developers only)

It is highly recommended that you perform a live update checking often. Intervals of 2 weeks between live updates will maintain fresh your copy of Hackman. Live update exists only in Hackman Professional Edition.
