Size Controller
Purpose: Modifies the file's size in bytes. In this way, you can add extra information in a file or remove unwanted bytes. To view the current length of the file, select Anatomy from Hackman's File menu.
Enter the desired size in bytes: enter a decimal amount of bytes
which will represent the new size of the file. The size of the file may
be smaller, greater or equal to the existing.
Automatically add the header information: adds 512 bytes to
the desired size to ensure header information.
Warn if exists hazard for data: checks to see if the entered
combination will limit the file size in a way that could result in data
loss.
Note: There is a security option in Configurations|Appearance|Warnings regarding the data loss possibility. Unchecking this option, will allow you to enter whatever you want without any control.
