To read this document efficiently, maximize Notepad and select Edit-> Wordwrap.
This file contains last-minute changes and critical information about your Hackman hex editor.

1. Lite and Professional Editions
=================================

Lite version is FREEware while Professional is SHAREware. To turn your Lite version into a professional, you have to register. Please visit our Website to obtain the current information about the differences between Lite and Professional editions and to register your copy.

2. Uninstalling Hackman
=======================

Start Hackman, go to configurations, then Integration and uncheck all options. Close Hackman and use the option available in Add/Remove programs under control panel. Then, use windows explorer to browse the Hackman's directory and erase it completely. After this procedure, Hackman should be entirely removed from your system.

WARNING: some DLLs may remain, as Windows suggest that InstallShield should not remove them. Do not worry, as these DLLs may be used from other programs as well.

3. Known Issues
===============

a. It is known that the macros fail to run if submenus from Edit menu are used (such as find and replace). This will be fixed in the near future.
