The default file being configured is conf/samba/smb.conf
Change the value to /etc/smb.conf or wherever your Samba config is
by editing conf/comanche.conf (Make a back up first of your files!)   

Samba support is experimental right now. You can have a look
at plugins/samba/* . The documents in docs/developer will also be
a useful read.
