Yes, Comanche running on a Mac!
Dirk-Willem van Gulik got it running, here is how he did it:

Download and install Tcl and incr Tcl for Mac:

http://dev.scriptics.com/software/tcltk/downloadnow83.tml

copy the BWidgets-x.yy and the xul/TclXML-x.yy, xul/TclDom-x.yy
files into the System Folder -> Extensions -> Tool Command Language
start wish
source startComanche.tcl

As I do not have a Mac, I cannot really test it. I encourage you to try 
it out and report any problems (and fixes or workarounds) so we can 
incorporate them in the next version
