Dev-C++ is a C/C++ compiler and development environment.
It consists of a multi-window, project-oriented program editor that integrates with a compiler for easy compiling, linking and executing of applications. The editor offers syntax highlighting and resource file editing. 

A debugger and a setup creator is also included, along with over 150 "include" files and 100 libraries.
