PERL DISTRIBUTION

This is the IndigoPerl distribution of Perl 5.6 found at:
	http://www.indigostar.com/indigoperl.htm

According to their documentation:
	It comes without a restrictive license - you can do 
	whatever you want to do with it.

For quite some time, ActiveState (www.activestate.com) effectively
controlled the distribution of newer Perl releases (after 5.004)
having hired the individuals responsible for maintaining the NT port.
ActiveState never responded to repeated requests for permission to 
redistribute their package.  All indications are that the IndigoPerl
distribution is a comparable package.
