Select a database
|
Select the database format of the file. The program can use the following database formats: Dbase, Paradox, Fox Pro, MS Access, DB2, Informix, InterBase, MS SQL,
Oracle, Sybase,.... Click on the Dbase or Paradox in the Database Format section. Go to the directory where the database file is stored. All databases for the selected
directory are listed in the Select a File list box. Click on the file to open it. The selected file is listed in the edit box at the bottom part of the window in red color.

Report Push Button

Initially, when the database is not opened, the button is disabled. When you open the database the button is enabled. Click here to display the HTML Report Wizard
Window.

Open Databases from the server
|
The program can read databases from the database server (DB2, MS SQL, etc.). In this case you have to open a database through a database Alias. Just click on the
Database Alias dropdown box and select the Database Alias name. The Database Table drop down box contains all databases from the selected Database Alias. Read
