ASPEdit comes with several conversion options which you can all find under the Edit menu, then select converters, if this option is grayed out you are running in beginners mode, switch to advanced mode first.
 

This menu will be shown, from which you can select the conversion you want to be done, be aware that some are pretty rigid and do exactly what they say and that is convert, they don't check if its valid to do so or not.
