You may use the Quick Tip Help on the Help Menu for instructions and suggestions. You may select files for viewing by clicking on the file name in the box on the bottom left of the window. Major file types are supported from sounds and pictures to spreadsheet and database files. You may change the picture on the front window by clicking options on the Utilities menu selection. You may change the background and text colors for different objects by clicking the Set Colors option on the Utilities menu. You may search for many different file types and combinations. You can move through all folders containing the selected file type. You may print some file types, or print a list of the folder locations for a selected file or file type. You can print the contents of a database file, spread sheet, or document. If you can display the file you can print the file. You may send files over the internet using a stand alone e-mail system such as Microsoft Outlook Express. You can maintain any number of name and e-mail address books for sending files to an e-mail address. You can change the background and text colors for windows and window list boxes. You can set the font type to bold using the Options window on the Utilities Menu Option. You can view File Properties by clicking on the Properties Menu option on the File menu. You can view web pages and scroll forward and backwards through previously viewed sites, when signed on to your internet service provider. You have some simple editing functions for pictures like resizing, brightness, and contrast. You can add Text to Pictures or Images, then save the picture to your disk. You can Organize many files into a database by groups you can define for quick retrieval. You can use the File Viewer as a CD Player by clicking on the CD Drive using the Drive List Box at the top left of the window. You can play Multimedia files including AVI, MPG and MOV files. You can play MP3 or M3U Music Files. You can move File lists, Date and Time, and File displays to other locations on the File Viewer Main Window. You have a quick display of most file types to help you decide if this is the file you are trying to locate. You may select different tables and indexes for Database and Spread Sheet Files. You can load files from the File Viewer into the program you have set up in Windows Explorer for that File type. You can view System Information using Microsoft's System Information Viewer.
