CadStd Lite is a basic, easy-to-use 2D CAD program.
CadStd is a simple, basic CAD program that comes with over a few dozen drawing, selecting, and editing tools. CadStd also offers grid settings, text styles, line styles, dimensions (in metric or standard units), a choice of measuring units, accuracy levels, "snap-to" options, and the ability to import DXF files.

This newest release gives you the ability to select multiple entities with the mouse. A new Edit/Copy Clipboard menu lets you copy the window in raster or vector mode. The distance box now accepts metric or feet and inches input. Other new features include: the ability to copy while mirroring; support for the ISO 8859-1 character set with European letters; support for degree and plus and minus characters; the ability to save settings; and a simple DXF import function.


Limitations in downloadable version:
Advanced features, such as Offset, Intercept, Trim, Gap and HPGL loading are available in a separate "Pro" version.
