TS-ImageMapper allows you to create image maps automatically without having to draw any hotspots.
You simply load your image(s) into the program; layer, rotate, scale, and modify their opacity; and use the wizard to generate the image map. 

In addition, the program supports JavaScript; lets you use BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and POL image formats; as well as customize colors, fonts, and angles.


Limitations in downloadable version:
You have to register in order to use the program, and it displays advertisements.
