LeechFTP is a well-designed multi-threaded FTP client.
LeechFTP can download from both FTP and HTTP servers. Because of its multithreaded design, you can perform multiple file transfers while browsing FTP sites and connecting to other servers.

The features of LeechFTP include: proxy support, the ability to upload and download entire directories, a built-in ZIP and RAR archive viewer, a queue timer for scheduled transfers, smart file resuming, and a bandwidth limiting option.
