Directory Snoop works on uncompressed FAT12, FAT16, and FAT32 disks. It lets you view a number of low level items, including: the raw DIRENTRY structures for any directory; the device parameters and disk map for any drive; the file allocation table (FAT); and raw clusters for any file or directory. You can also view, unerase and totally purge files that have been previously "erased". Other features include: the ability to step forwards or backwards through cluster chains, automatic file unerasing, file and cluster wiping, file and cluster searching, the ability to map files and directories to cluster numbers. This newest release provides a print command, and fixes a few bugs found in the previous version.
