More Space 99 is designed to run in a Windows 95/98 and 
NT4 environment.  It will scan your hard disk looking 
for file duplicates, file hogs, directory hogs and 
files based on a range of dates.  Files can be (1) deleted 
immediately or (2) sent to the recycle bin or (3) zipped 
up in a compressed zip file.

More Space 99 is ad-supported freeware.  Advertising screens
appear at the top of each screen which offsets the cost of
development.

Duplicates can be compared on a field by field basis using a
split screen to help you identify which file you need to 
delete.  Differences are highlighted and arrows point to the
file with the most recent dates.

More Space will automatically clean out your internet cache by
clearing out those temporary files that have not been accessed
in a number of days.

To safeguard against possibly deleting system files, a list of 
folders NOT TO DELETE is compiled by scanning the 
Windows registry.  This way you are notified before 
deleting a file or folder that it may be a useful file.

Files that are deleted and then compressed can be stored on a
file server over the network thus freeing your local hard drive.
The compressed zip files are given special names and you are
given an opportunity to add a comment for future 
identification if you need to restore the deleted files.

Included is a set of disk statistics which will give you information
about the size of files, the types of files on your hard disk and the
ages of your files.  Statistics are presented in a graphical 3D bar
and pie chart format.

An UNINSTALL program will clean up More Space if you 
choose not to use the system.
