If you have a previous version of the Windows Security Officer on your
computer, before installation of new version, you must click the right-button
of the mouse on the "Eye" icon in the System Tray Bar and choose the menu
item "Settings", then in the configuration window, reset (disable by
UN-checking the box) the option "Auto-run" and close the Windows Security Officer.
Remove all files from the directory where the previous version was installed .

UN-Zip the *.zip file to a temporary directory then run setup.exe.
