Download the Velocity Windows NT 4.0 Driver below. 
Locate and run the file you downloaded by choosing the Run option in the Start menu. (You need to point to the location your Web browser saved the file in.) Extract the files to a location on your hard drive. See the README.TXT file for information on installing the driver. 
NOTE: These drivers will NOT work with Voodoo2, Voodoo Rush or Voodoo Graphics based cards.
