Name: HACE ShellGEM 1.36 for Win95/98

   Purpose: File-management and shell productivity

   Install: 1) Decompress the zip file into a temporary directory

            2) Run "Install.exe" and follow onscreen instructions

            3) Delete the files you decompressed
                                        
 Uninstall: In Add/Remove Programs, look for "HACE ShellGEM"

    Status: Freeware - freely distributable
