Multiple instances of Zoom Shell
You can open more than one Zoom Shell at once. Each "instance" of Zoom Shell
is numbered. The icons for the first four are numbers -- after that, each
new instance has the default icon. The numbers make it easy to know which
one you are switching to. By default, you can open another instance of Zoom
Shell by pressing <F6> in the main Zoom Shell window.
Each Zoom Shell shares the following:
-
the alias list
-
the command history list
-
last directory on a drive, if instance has not yet switched to that drive
-
miscellaneous parameters from the options tab
They do not share the following:
-
popd history
-
last directory on a drive, once that instance has switched to that drive
