To install:

1) Extract all files to a newly created folder (directory) of your choice
2) Create a shortcut to backgw32.exe or backgw16.exe,
   whichever you have downloaded.

To remove:
----------

1) Just undo the steps mentioned above.
   This program does not write to the registry. The files that
   it does create, are created in its working directory only.
