It contains a complete object-oriented scripting language (Python), a large library of predesigned graphic objects, and a set of navigation and movement controls. With these tools, you can build 3D worlds then control the behavior and appearance of objects within those worlds. You can also make objects respond to the mouse or keyboard. An Alice browser plug-in is available for viewing Alice worlds within Navigator or Internet Explorer. The help file provides a reference to Alice commands, but you'll want to visit the Alice Website for complete, easy-to-follow tutorials, plus more downloadable objects.
