NetCaptor uses Microsoft Internet Explorer as its browsing engine. It offers a number of useful enhancements to the browser. You can open multiple sites with a single click and switch between them by clicking on a tabbed toolbar. NetCaptor can also load the sites you last had opened and it provides a button for quickly deleting all cookie data and a button for clearing the address history. It lets you add your favorites to tabs which are aligned at the top or bottom of the browser window. A "CaptorBar" can be displayed on the left side of the screen. The CaptorBar displays favorites, history, and search tabs. Your favorites and history are searchable. The search tab has options to search single or multiple engines. Other features include: automatic killing of pop-up windows, automatic form filling, support for offline browsing, and synchronization with Internet Explorer's bookmarks.
