CadStd is a free, easy-to-use 2D CAD program.
CadStd is a simple, basic CAD program that comes with over a few dozen drawing, selecting, and editing tools. CadStd also offers grid settings, text styles, line styles, dimensions, a choice of measuring units, accuracy levels, and "snap-to" options.


Limitations in downloadable version:
