 RamBooster is a handy little program that can give your computer's performance a real boost. It resides in your system tray, constantly monitoring available real memory. When your RAM falls below a user-defined level, RamBooster attempts to free half of your total memory (you can easily change that setting, if you prefer). Features include automatic start when Windows loads, and optional sound effects. RamBooster is very easy to use and -- best of all -- it's free.
