ADDENDUM TO SOFTWARE LICENSE STATEMENT
IMPORTANT - READ THIS FIRST

By using the INTERCLIENT / INTERSERVER JDBC DRIVER ("InterClient Software")
provided with this Addendum,  you are agreeing to be bound by the following
terms.  If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you may not use the
InterClient Software.

The InterClient 1.50 Software is provided for use solely with your licensed
copy  of   InterBase 5.xx  software   (your  "Original  Product").     Upon
installation,  the InterClient Software becomes a part the Original Product
Client Software and is subject to the same warranty and license  terms  and
conditions as the Original Product.  If you do not have a valid license  to
use the Original Product,  you may not use the  InterClient Software.   Any
other use of the InterClient Software is prohibited.
