Programmer's File Editor (PFE) (16-bit) is a text editor designed for application developers.
Features of Programmer's File Editor include: the ability to execute DOS commands and capture the output (which is useful for running compilers and other programming tools); templates; key mapping; macros; multi-level undo; support for UNIX files; command line options; and the ability to run as a DDE server.
