Perfect KeyWords helps you to decide if the e-mail you got or web page you entered might be interesting for you.  The main idea is very simple: Within Perfect KeyWords, that silently runs showing just an icon in the system tray,   you create a file of keywords that are interesting for you (keywords can be divided to several groups called vocabularies).  When you enter a web page or open an e-mail and want to know if it is worthy to read just drag the Perfect KeyWords icon from the system tray and drop it on the document you have open on the screen.  The Perfect KeyWords will "read" the document and searchs it through for defined keywords. WinActivity

The WinActivity program has two parts: WinActivity main panel and WinActivity Explorer. WinActivity main panel is small window registering all active programs on your computer and saves to database how long was each of them active. Because each window can be associated with some project you can easily determine the total time spent on particular project. This is just general mechanism but program itself gives you much more flexibility in defining projects and switching between them.
The WinActivity main panel can be hidden to an icon in the taskbar. When you want to view data, you start WinActivity Explorer. This window looks like Windows Explorer. In this window, you can print selected tables, view and print graphs, export tables to HTML format, define projects, etc...
