Respective phases of a simple motion are drawn in regular intervals along the circumference of a circular plate in between narrow radial slots. If we look through the slots of rotating disk into a mirror individual pictures are quickly changing in front of our eyes and a perception of continuous motion is thus created. The collection contains several tens of such disks.
