The collection of bicycling of the NTM is from its contents one of the most high quality collections of bicycles in the world. It also documents the significant role which in this area played the Czech lands in the context of its overall development. These facts were clearly confirmed by an expert evaluation of our set of collections.
To present its significant collections the NTM prepares a collective exhibition, which will introduce bicycling not only from the view of the technological and construction development of bicycles, but also in the broader framework of its contemporaneous settings. Through this the information value of the exhibition is enriched by another dimension.
The exhibition should be conducted in the year 1998 with the assumed costs of 0.5 mil. Czech crowns. After its end it will be overworked as a part of the permanent exhibition of traffic of the NTM.
