The exhibition should be created from the rich collections of the archives of architecture and the department of industrial design of the NTM and show samples of the creation of personalities of both these fields. It will be divided in three chronological, connecting parts and include drafts, drawings, technical drawings, projects and photographs, completed by models of buildings, prototypes and realized objects from industrial production. Represented should be mainly the design of products of technical areas, especially consumer machinery and electro-technology.
Part of the exhibition would also be a multimedia presentation of both fields, using current information technology, for the sake of clarifying facts and interdependencies, which through the mere exhibits could not have been shown. The costs of the exhibition are estimated at 3.5 mil. Czech crowns.
