The collection of milling industry belongs to the oldest in the Museum. It currently contains about 40 inventory numbers. The collection includes various types of mills and their outfit, parts of milling equipment, craftsmen's tools, samples of raw materials, intermediate and finished products. Diagrams and flow-sheets of milling procedures. Important exhibits include model of steam-engine mill from 1908, model of wind mill (1860), model of top-water mill (1860), model of grinding mill (1910), collection of milling tools (1890), home mill for grain grinding (early 19th century), and millstones of various types (1890-1920).
