The present collections of distilling industry include approximately 50 inventory numbers. Most of them are various engineering installations and their models and laboratory equipment. Important exhibits are models of distilleries from 1890, 1908 and 1920, model of potato and grain steamer from 1890, and a distillation apparatus from 1920. The collection also contains some 15 testing spirit meters of different producers from 1890 to 1930, and ten testing densimeters from 1870-1930.
