Laboratory instruments

The collection of instruments for spectral analysis from the period 1940-1960 includes spectrometers, spectrophotometers, comparators, monochromators, gas photometers of the English, East Germany and Soviet Union provenance. Gas analyzers by absorption methods were made at the turn of century and in the 70s, driers, vacuum driers, thermostats in 1920-1980.
The collection also contains extractors, apparatuses for laboratory generation of city gas, laboratory glassware including volumetric flasks, burettes and pipettes from the period after 1890 and burners from the same period. The collection also contains samples of inorganic and organic substances, ethereal oils, pigments, dyestuffs and ceramic colourants.
Curiosity is a mini-lab in paper box of edges 120 mm with miniature glassware including a burner and necessary chemicals in glass bottles and wooden crucibles from the 19th century.
The collection contains preserved polarographs, including the instrument of the system Heyrovsky-Shikato which was personally used by the inventor of polarography - professor Heyrovsky.
