SSSI unites suppliers of information technology, organizations employing IT, consulting companies and universities. Its goal is to educate the public concerning information technology for customers, suppliers and university students, and to provide seminars and consultations. They plan to organize an annual conference focusing on systems integration and in addition, quarterly professional seminars. Furthermore, an SSSI magazine similar to the ╚SSI almanacs is to be issued. Co-operation between ╚SSI and SSSI shall be based on experience exchange in conference organization - the goal of this co-operation is to prepare topics and dates of conferences so that they do not overlap or compete, but rather, complement one another. At the press conference held at the SSSI presentation, speeches were given by the vice-president of the association Jind°ich R∙₧iΦka, and also from the president of SSSI Karol MatiaÜko (University of Äilina), the vice-presidents of ╚SSI Stanislav Michalφk (Ernst/Young) and Peter Ma≥as (LCS International).
