How to activate the GO card
The
GO card is a special card containing a chip storing the
information concerning a number of your mobile phone and
a current balance amount remaining on your GO card. The
chip also stores your personal PIN code, protecting the
GO card against fraud, and PUK correction code..
You may use your
GO card: |

in all
mobile phones marked as öWorks with GOö, or
stated on the list of compatible phones,
available at the points of sale. |

with the
öGOö mobile phone, purchased in a set with
the GO card. |

Your GO card
activation procedure: |
1. |
. Charge
the battery of your mobile phone |
2. |
Insert
the GO card into your mobile phone (see UserÆs
Guide for your mobile phone) |
3. |
Switch
on the mobile phone. In case a message appears on
the display, asking you to insert the GO card,
check whether the GO card has been inserted
correctly. |

The
message öEnter your PINö appears on the
display, asking you to enter your personal
identification number PIN. |
5. |
Enter
your PIN. In case you make a mistake, entering
the number, it may be corrected using the
correction key. |
6. |
Once the
öEuroTel-CZö network name appears on the
display (öCS 02ö or ö230 02ö with older
modelsö), your GO card is ready for the first
action. Because your GO card is pre-activated,
only, you have to call the GOLine 88 prior to the charging. |
7. |
On the
scratching field of the GO coupon, provided with
your GO card, scratch off the surface (e. g.,
using a coin). |
8. |
Follow
the instructions from the GO Line and select a
charging method for your GO card. |
9. |
On
request, enter the 14 digits number revealed on
the scratching field. |
10. |
Following
the entering and confirmation of the 14 digits
number, the GO card is automatically activated. |
11. |
Hang up. |
12. |
Then,
wait for a brief text message (SMS) confirming
the recharge of the GO coupon value into your GO
card and its activation. Read and delete the
message. |
Some
mobile phones must be switched off and on, to make the
currently charged value appear on the display of the
phone.
Note: We recommend to delete the SMS message after
you read it, to avoid a mail box overflow.
Enabling the GO card when
an incorrect PIN has been entered
In case you
entered an incorrect personal identification number
(PIN), an error message appears on the display, stating
that incorrect information has been entered. After three
attempts to enter an incorrect PIN, the card is disabled
and a request to enter PUK code appears on the display.
Please, enter PUK with the utmost care as ten attempts to
enter incorrect PUK will disable your GO card
permanently.
Having entered PUK, you have an option to define new PIN
(4 to 8 digits)

You may
change you PIN any time, subject to your consideration

above-stated sequence will choose your new PIN into the
GO card memory.
PIN may consists of from 4 to 8 digits.
* In case you have forgotten your PIN, a new one may be
defined using PUK.
