Braveheart Update to 3.14 - Release Notes To apply: extract all of the files from the archive to directory in which Braveheart is installed (ensure that you select to overwrite the existing files) Patch 3.14 Fixes: 1) Some general stability problems relating to compatibility with lower-end 3D graphics cards. Specifically a texture leak that caused some slow-down and a camera bug where F4 moved the camera to an 'illegal' position. 2) Multi-player game is now fully functional under TCP/IP (although some stability issues may occur) 3) The bug which prevented players from completing the tutorial has now been fixed. 4) A specific warning message has now been added if the system is running low on hard-drive space. Should this message appear then simply free some space by uninstalling unwanted software and emptying temp folders. We would recommend that you have always have around 500Mb free on the C: drive for swap files and save games. 5) Improved AI in 3D world relating to water. This fixes an occaisional problem where manouvering troops in close proximity to water could result in a game crash. Troops will now no longer appear near to water and will avoid rather than blindly ignore these features. 6) Improved AI and game mechanics when the user invades England. General Issues If you want to run the EidosNet Sign-up Software you have two choices: either browse to the actual location of the software (always installed in the "Program Files" directory on whatever drive that may reside) and run it from there, or perform the following on the shortcut... 1) Locate the EidosNet Sign-up Software shortcut Start Eidos Interactive -> Red Lemon -> Braveheart -> Web Links -> EidosNet Connection Software. 2) Right click the shortcut and choose Properties 3) In the "Start In" field type "c:\program files\eidosnet"
