How do I develop the film?

You should be able to find some obvious developing equipment.

No, it's not in the back room of Rusty's.

Hint 3 of 4:

Go to the Electronics Shop and look in the blue light special box.  There's
an automatic film developer there.  Buy it (you know the procedure by now).

Hint 4 of 4:

Then use the film on the developer to get developed pictures.
