How do I open the doors?

Just have Spock use the green panels next to the doors.  He can interrupt the
power so that the doors will stay open for you.

But the more proper method (which saves you the trouble of opening each door
manually) is to prove that you belong in whatever this place is.

Try to create your own form of identification.

Look in the machine room for the tools you need.

The two bins on the manufacturing device contain batteries and security
badges.

And there's another machine that will combine any two items.

Place the disks and the badges in the machine to install the batteries.
