Hint 5 of 12:

The last question is a bit trickier.  You will need to have Kirk here, and
I've been told that you also need Klarr, although I don't think your mission
will be a complete failure if you have another person instead.

Hint 6 of 12:

Talk to Klarr and then have Kirk talk to go through your options.

Hint 7 of 12:

When Kirk first speaks, try option 2 (you want to reconsider your decision).
