If you made a good map, you would already know!
Head north, and cross the narrow bridge over the big lava pit.
Continue north, and you will get to the main central East/West passage.
Follow the southern wall to the west, then continue due west.
You should find the entry tunnel, and the now dead teleport plates.
The locator device will point the way out if you get lost.
