Rode the Cone of Tragedy, did you?  This could be a common problem with this
ride.  The carnival might set up something to help folks out, or at least to
get rid of all that junk left under the Cone of Tragedy.

Look around the carnival for just such a place.

There's a lost and found booth beside the Hall of Oddities, on the right.  Of
course, they won't let just anybody walk in and carry stuff out.  You'll have
to be able to PROVE that you lost stuff while riding the cone.
