Open the electrical box on the fencepost just to the right of the courtyard
opening near the ground.

Hint 4 of 7:

Get the coil of wire on the ground on the left side of the courtyard opening
by the fence.

Hint 5 of 7:

Use the wire on the electrical box.

Hint 6 of 7:

Break a spike off of the left bank of the fence.
