How do I get into L-space?

Before you can get there, you need to learn about it.  An unlikely character
will tell you about it.

Talk to the sleazy guy, and go through all of the options.  One of them will
bring up something about L-space.

Hint 3 of 10:

L-space is located in the library.

So talk to the librarian about it.

Hint 5 of 10:

L-space seems to be a rather touchy subject.  You're going to have to give
the librarian a *lot* before you get him to talk about it.
