Menu View

The View menu provides functions that affects scale the loaded image is shown. This menu can be found by View out of the main menu.

Toolbar

Shows the toolbar if checked.

Tool tips

If checked then tool tips (hints) are shown in a yellow box for all controls when the mouse is moved over the same control for more than half a second. When you got used to the toolbar you might find it more comfortable to switch of the tool tips.

Scale to fit (images\jpgToolScaleFit.gif)

Scales the currently loaded image that it exactly fits completely into the window.

Scale 50% (images\jpgToolScale50.gif), 100% (images\jpgToolScale100.gif), 200% (images\jpgToolScale200.gif)

Scales the currently loaded image accordingly based on the original image size. There are more scale size available with the mouse (see also chapter Mouse Panning and Zoom).

Flip thumbnails (images\jpgToolFlip.gif)

This function flips the thumbnails from left to the right hand side. There is a separate chapter on this issue.

Full screen (shortcut <F11>)

Shows Vallen JPegger full screen without window border and taskbar. Press <F11> again or <Esc> to reset.

Full screen image (shortcut <Ctrl+F11>)

Shows the image full screen. Press <Ctrl+F11> again or <Esc> to reset.
