About Features, Bugs, Ideas

We welcome your feedback regarding software.

If you have ideas for new features send us your feedback. If you detect bugs, even wrong spelled words, please inform us.

Please include the following information with your feedback:

• Product name and version number (important, see About or Info box of Vallen software, available via About button or Info from the Help menu).

• Operating system (see About or Info box of Vallen software, available via About button or Info from the Help menu).

• Brief description of the problem and its reproducibility

• Conditions under which the problem occurs. Best is a step-by-step instruction how to reproduce the problem.

• If possible include sample data files (PRI, TRA, VAC, VAE) to reproduce the problem. With VisualAEÖ you can export parts of your data file.

• In some cases also a screenshot could be very helpful. Screenshots can be taken with most graphics programs, also with Vallen JPegger (download for free from http://www.vallen.de/freeware).

Hint: When reporting Bugs please be as precise as possible. Please provide all information required to reproduce the problem quickly. Please provide sample data files if possible. The faster we can understand and reproduce your problem the faster we can help you.
