PRODUCT SIGNATURE LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. License Grant. Adobe is supplying you with the Adobe PageMill product signature ("PageMill Signature"), which you may license and use on any work product that you create using the Adobe PageMill software. Adobe hereby grants you a worldwide, nonexclusive, nontransferable, personal right to use the PageMill Signature, solely in conjunction with work product you create using PageMill software ("Work Product") and in the manner described in these license terms.

2. Restrictions on Use. You agree to employ best efforts to use the PageMill Signature in a manner that does not derogate from, diminish or interfere with, Adobe's rights in PageMill Signature. You may not use the PageMill Signature in any way as an endorsement or sponsorship of the Work Product by Adobe or in connection with any Work Product that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties or violates state or federal law.

3. Quality Control. You agree to maintain the quality of Work Products with which the PageMill Signature is associated at a level that meets or exceeds industry standards. Adobe may review your use of the PageMill Signature periodically to evaluate your compliance with the quality standards established herein. Upon reasonable notice from Adobe, you agree to remedy deficiencies in your use of the PageMill Signature.

4. Use Guidelines. You agree to comply with the following guidelines in your use and distribution of the PageMill Signature:

a. Use the following trademark attribution with your use of the PageMill Signature: "PageMill and the PageMill logo are trademarks of Adobe Systems Incorporated."

b. Display the PageMill Signature only as specified in this document. Do not rotate, skew, redraw, reproportion, reproduce three-dimensionally, or otherwise alter a signature or its elements in any way.

c. Reproduce the PageMill Signatures only from the electronic files that Adobe provides.

d. Do not display the PageMill Signature in a way that suggests that your product is an Adobe product, that the Adobe or PageMill trademark is part of your product or company name, or that your product is licensed from, developed by, distributed by or approved for use by Adobe.

e. Keep the logo and the logotype together, as presented in the PageMill Signature. Do not display the PageMill logo separately.
