To customize the toolbar
  1. On the View menu, click Layout, and then click the options you want. For example, to move the toolbar to another part of the window, click the appropriate alignment option.

  2. To modify the toolbar buttons, click Customize Buttons.

    To add buttons, click the button name in the Available buttons list, and then click Add.

    To remove a button, click the button name in the Toolbar buttons list, and then click Remove.

    To change the order in which buttons appear, click the button in the Toolbar buttons list, and then click Move Up or Move Down.
